Arriving in New Orleans from Cinisi, Sicily at the age of 18, Sal Impastato has built one of the most successful American restaurants to rise from a small, fishing community. Loyal patrons have flocked to Sal and Judy's for more than 45 years for his all natural, New Orleans-inspired Sicilian cuisine.
