Organic Quinoa (water, Organic White Quinoa, Organic Red Quinoa), Tomatoes, Organic Spinach, Olive Oil, Organic Garlic, Basil, Salt, Black Pepper.


Directions

Cook thoroughly. Cooking is Simple! For food safety cook product to 165 degrees F. In The Microwave: Gently massage package to break apart frozen contents. 1. Place unopened bag in microwave with this side up. Do not pierce bag. 2. Cook on high for 5 minutes. 3. Serve and enjoy! Microwave cooking times may vary. Caution: Product will be hot. In A Skillet: Gently massage package to break apart frozen contents. 1. Heat nonstick skillet over high heat for 1 minute. 2. Add 2 tbsp. of water and product to skillet. 3. Stir. Cover. Reduce to medium heat. 4. Cook 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. 5. Serve and enjoy! Hey! This side up in the microwave! Chef Tip! Add a squeeze of lemon, feta and olives!

Keep frozen.
