Onion, Salt, Buttermilk , Yeast Extract & Chives.


Directions

Onion Dip Prep Time: 5 minutes. Makes 2 cups. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 container (16 oz.) sour cream. Directions: (1) Stir sour cream and seasoning mix in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. (2) Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Roasted Onion Potatoes: Place 2 lbs. cubed potatoes, Seasoning Mix and 2 tbsp. oil. in bowl; toss to coat. Spread in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Roast in preheated 450 degrees F oven 30 to 35 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Also, great on sweet potatoes, butternut squash or Brussels sprouts.

Kitchen Tips: Substitute 2 cups plain Greek yogurt for the sour cream. Mix with ground meat to make burgers, meatloaf or meatballs. Great for seasoning pot roast, stew and soup.
