Cooking Directions: Important! Always prepare meat from a thawed state. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove pork from package and place on a shallow baking pan. 3. Bake, uncovered, until the thickest portion of the pork reaches 155 degrees F, approximately 45 minutes. 4. Let pork rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium heat (350 degrees F). 2. Remove pork from package and place directly on the grate of grill. 3. Grill pork to a minimum internal temperature of 155 degrees F, turning occasionally. 4. Let pork rest for 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy! Ovens and grills will vary. Always use a digital cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat, to test doneness.
