Alaska Pollock, Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Non-gmo Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Wheat Flour, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Chickpea Flour, Natural Flavors, Yeast, Spices, Corn Starch, Leavening (baking Soda, Cream Of Tartar), Garlic Powder, Sea Salt, Molasses, Onion Powder, Salt.

Directions

Cooking Directions (Appliances may vary. These are guidelines only). Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. 2. Spread fish sticks on baking sheet or foil and place baking sheet on middle rack. 3. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Toaster Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Spread fish sticks on tray or foil and place on middle rack. 3. Bake for 5-6 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees f. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave Oven (1100 watt): 1. Place fish sticks on microwavable plate lined with paper towel (for crispier results). 2. Cook for 50-60 seconds, microwave ovens below 1100 watt may require additional cook time to reach proper temperature. 3. Check that the product is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees f. 4. After cooking, let fish sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: Product will be hot after cooking. Our fish items are made with real fish! Always check for bones before serving.
