Defrost Instructions: Room Temperature: Place desired amount on plate, spread evenly, and defrost 3-4 hours or until thawed. Refrigerator: Place unopened bag (or desired amount) in refrigerator for 24 hours or until thawed. Microwave: Place desired amount on microwave-safe plate in single layer. Microwave on medium (50% power) 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until thawed. Microwaves vary; adjust time as needed.

Serving Suggestions: Puree thawed mango until smooth. Drizzle on ice cream, yogurt bowls, or pancakes. Blend 1 1/2 cups frozen mango, 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 3/4 cup coconut milk, and a pinch of cinnamon for a delicious smoothie. Blend 2 cups frozen mango, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 1 tablespoon lime juice. Enjoy sorbet immediately or freeze. Keep frozen. If thawed, do not refreeze.
