      Vegetables (carrots, Green Bell Peppers, Red Bell Peppers, Onions), Cooked White Rice (water, White Rice), Sauce (water, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Distilled Vinegar, Tomato Paste, Pineapple Juice Concentrate, Soy Sauce [water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt], Modified Corn Starch, Garlic, Salt, Ginger), Cooked Chicken (white Meat Chicken, Water, Olive Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of: Isolated Soy Protein Product [isolated Soy Protein, Modified Potato Starch, Corn Starch, Carrageenan, Soy Lecithin], Dextrose, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Sodium Phosphates, Flavoring), Pineapple Tidbits.

      Directions

      Stove Top - Full Bag Preferred Method: 1. Open sauce pouches and empty into a large nonstick skillet. Add frozen meal and 3 tablespoons water. 2. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 14 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Stir and serve. Microwave Oven - Half Bag: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Open one sauce pouch and empty into an 8-inch square microwave-safe dish. Add half of the frozen meal (about 4 cups) and cover. 2. Microwave on high 5 minutes; stir thoroughly and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 4 to 5 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F.
