Directions

Oven Directions: Place potatoes in shallow baking pan. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425 degrees F for 50-60 minutes or until tender. Microwave Directions: Cook 3-4 potatoes on high 12-16 minutes or until tender. When cooking larger amounts, add 4-6 minutes for each additional potato. Microwave ovens vary, adjust times as needed. Serving Suggestion: Top with roasted garlic, sour cream, shredded Swiss cheese, chopped fresh parsley and butter. Storage: Potatoes should not be refrigerated. For best results, they should be stored in a cool, dry and dark place.
