2 square yards. Premium ultra fine Cheese Cloth natural. 100% natural unbleached cotton. Ultra-fine. Lint-free. Strong when wet won't hold flavors or doors. Since 1892. Originally created for straining & wrapping cheese, cheese cloth is a loosely woven cotton gauze which is a kitchen essential. Because it is lint-free, strong when wet and odorless, cheese cloth is also ideal for cleaning and polishing. Kitchen: Basting poultry, straining sauces, jams & jellies steaming, blanching, filtering stew and soup poaching seafood, canning, making cheese, yogurt & wine.
