Organic White Quinoa, Organic Brown Rice, Organic Red Quinoa, Organic Green Peas, Organic Yellow Squash, Organic Green Onions, Organic Red Bell Pepper Organic Soy Sauce (water, Organic Soybeans, Salt, Organic Alcohol), Organic Garlic, Organic Ginger, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Sesame Oil.

Directions

Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Place bag in microwave, standing up. Microwave on high for 3-1/4 - 4 minutes and until 165 degrees F. Let stand 1 minute. Keep frozen.
