Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Microwave ovens vary. Adjust times as needed to reach 165 degrees F. Measure temperature in several spots using a food thermometer. Do not thaw; cook from frozen. Cook thoroughly to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Instructions are for one bag at a time. Leftovers should be refrigerated immediately. Reheat via stovetop instructions prior to consumption. 1. Place frozen, unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 2. Microwave on high for recommended cook time based on your microwave wattage. During cooking, the bag will slowly inflate. A vent in the bag will allow steam to escape; a slight whistling may be heard. 3. Let stand 1-2 minutes in microwave for hot steam to escape. Carefully handle bag at corners and remove from microwave. Tear bag open at notch; pour product into serving dish. Stir and serve. Microwave cook time for Riced Cauliflower: Wattage: 1200: 4:30 minutes. 1000: 5 minutes. 800: 6 minutes. Caution! Product will be hot! Stovetop: 1. Empty frozen contents of bag into a 2-quart saucepan; add 1/4 cup of water. 2. Cover pan with lid and cook over medium for 11-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heatedd through. 3. Remove pan from heat and set aside 1-2 minutes. Drain and serve.

Serving Suggestion: Using cooked product, stir in cheese and cooked chicken for a cheesy chicken rice dish. Or refrigerate to cool and add a refreshing vinaigrette for a great BBQ side item.

Keep frozen until ready to use.
