      Ingredients

      Water, Wheat Gluten, Faba Bean Protein, Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Salt, Natural Flavor, and less than 1% of Spice, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Pomegranate Concentrate, Yeast Extract, Sunflower Lecithin, Fruit and Vegetable Juice Color.

      Directions

      Storage & Prep: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Cook from frozen. Cook times may vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cook Method: Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly oil skillet. Add frozen Beyond Steak and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to your liking and enjoy. Air Fryer: In a single layer, add frozen Beyond Steak to air fryer basket. Set air fryer temperature to 350 degrees F and cook for 4-5 minutes. Season to your liking and enjoy. Not Recommended: Microwave and oven.

      Perishable: Keep frozen.
