Thawing Instructions: Achieve best results by removing fish from all packaging; cover fish, place in refrigerator, and thaw 8-12 hours (or overnight). Thaw quickly by removing fish from outer bag and placing sealed package of fish under cold running water 15-20 minutes until thawed. Do not refreeze. Cooking Instructions Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange fish in single layer on foil-lined baking sheet; season as desired. Bake 5-8 minutes if thawed (10-15 minutes if frozen), until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Coat thawed fish lightly with cooking spray; season as desired. Arrange in single layer in air fryer basket. Cook 5-7 minutes until centers of fillets flake easily and are 145 degrees F. Air fryers vary; adjust time as needed. Tips: Always check fish for bones. For best results, do not overcook.

Keep frozen.
