Beef, Water, Textured Soy Flour, Bread Crumbs (Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Soy Protein Concentrate, Seasoning (Parmesan Cheese [Part Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Spices, Spice Extractives on a Dextrose Carrier, Dehydrated Garlic, Parsley, Onion Powder), Salt.

Directions

Heating Instructions: Microwave Oven Instructions (1000 Watt): Place 3 frozen meatballs on a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 1 minute intervals until 165 degrees F. Remove and let stand for 1 minute. For every 3 additional frozen meatballs add 1 minute of heat, time rotating meatballs every minute. Microwave ovens varyl adhust times as needed. Conventional Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place frozen meatballs in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes and unti 165 degrees F. Stovetop Instructions: Preheat your choice of sauce or gravy in saucepan until hot. Add frozen meatballs; cover and heat on medium 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until meatballs are 165 degrees F.

Keep frozen.
