Cooking Instructions: Microwave in Bag: Pierce bag with fork and place on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes (times may vary based on microwave). Remove plate from microwave. Contents may be hot when opening bag, use caution. Stovetop: In a pot, bring 1/2- 1 inch water to a boil. Remove desired quantity of vegetables from bag and add to pot. Cover loosely, allowing steam to vent and simmer on low for 6-8 minutes or until tender.
