      Pollock (pollock, Sodium Tripolyphosphate [added To Retain Moisture]), Water, Soybean Oil, Wheat Flour, Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat Flour, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Flour, Contains Less Than 2% Of The Following: Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Dextrose, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Monocalcium Phosphate, Spice, Paprika.

      Cook thoroughly. See back panel. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degress F. Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Remove fish from carton and inner wrapper. Place on baking sheet in single layer. 3. Bake 16 to 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through. Check that fish is cooked thoroughly. Handle carefully; they're hot! Serve and enjoy!
