Publix Cooking Spray, Canola. A sodium- and cholesterol-free food. Contains no CFCs which deplete the ozone layer.

Ingredients

Canola Oil (Adds a Trivial Amount of Fat), Soy Lecithin, Dimethyl Silicone (for Anti-Foaming), Propellant (Non-Chlorofluorocarbons).

Directions

Shake well before using. Hold can 6 to 12 inches from unheated cooking surface and spray until well coated. Do not refrigerate. Serving Suggestions: Coat broiler pans and grill racks for easier cleanup. Spray on fish fillets before grilling. Do not refrigerate.
