      Ingredients

      Enriched Thai Jasmine Rice [rice, Niacin, Iron (ferric Orthophosphate), Thiamin (thiamin Mononitrate), Folic Acid].

      Directions

      Boil: Cooking Directions on the Stove

      1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.†

      2. Stir in rice.††

      3. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed.

      †Cooking Measurement Chart

      Use 1 cup rice and 1½ cups water to yield 3 cups or 4 servings (¾ cup cooked).

      Use 2 cups rice and 3 cups water to yield 6 cups or 8 servings (¾ cup cooked).

      Use 3 cups rice and 4½ cups water to yield 9 cups or 12 servings (¾ cup cooked).

      For drier rice, use ¼ cup less water. For moister rice, use ¼ cup more water.

      ††Add 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired. Microwave: Cooking Directions in the Microwave†††

      1. In a 2 quart microwave-safe dish, combine 1¾ cups water and 1 cup rice.††

      2. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power; microwave for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes.

      ††Add 1 Tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired.
